Week 83 in Mexico

Well this week was way crazy. But we did manage to get the couple married. They were so pumped and we thought it wasn’t going to happen. Really the Lord paved the way so everything could be done because we were down to the last minutes and everything was put into place by Him. Christians birth certificate was going to expire on the 28 so we had to marry them before that but they hadn’t taken out blood samples or anything like that but we went and luckily Thursday night found a lab that was open and they went. Then we called the place where they get married and they said that a spot had just opened up because another couple had canceled the day before and that was the only spot for the rest of the weekend!!! Luckily the person that works there is a member haha. But I really thought it was not going to work out but the Lord put everything into place and my testimony was strengthened of prayer and of faith. It is only after all we can do that he will do his part and really we did all that we could, including spend 1000 pesos to help them because he is not working right now!!!! Yeah I'm broke…hahah


Here are some pics...this is when the couple got married. We baptized the wife. Her name is Karla and she has been waiting a long time to get baptized. The other sisters name is Yesenia. She is way excited and she was nervous but it was all good in her baptism. Her son in the red shirt is getting baptized this week!!
